Privacy at Bragora
Last updated July 6, 2026
Plain language, no legalese theater. Here is exactly what Bragora keeps, where it goes, and how to get rid of it.
What we store
Everything you put into Bragora lives in your own account and is scoped to you as the owner. That includes:
- Résumés you upload and the experiences and accomplishments in your career vault
- Job descriptions you paste in to tailor against
- Résumés and cover letters Bragora generates for you
- Your application tracker data — companies, statuses, contacts, notes, and documents
We don't use your résumé content to train models, and we don't sell your data to anyone. Full stop.
What goes to third parties
To do its job, Bragora sends some of your content to a few service providers. Here is all of it:
- Résumé and job-description text goes to Anthropic's API, which does the tailoring and rewriting.
- Voice notes you record for capturing new wins are sent to OpenAI's Whisper for transcription into text.
- Job posting URLs you paste for autofill are sent to a fetch service that reads the page so we can pre-fill the details.
These providers process your content to return a result to you. We don't send them anything beyond what a given feature needs.
Deleting your data
You're in control of what stays. Being honest about where we are today:
- Applications and documents can be deleted directly inside the app, any time.
- Full account deletion isn't self-service yet — for now, contact us and we'll delete your account and everything in it. We're saying so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.
